1. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Order:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at cs@thebelife.co or through the "My Orders" section on our website/app.
- Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing for Cancellations:
- If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will process the refund within 7 business days after acknowledging your cancellation request.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method (which may take 5-7 business days).
2. Return Policy
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be cases where returns are necessary.
Eligible Returns: You can return your product within 10 days of delivery if any of the following issues are encountered:
- The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is past its expiration date.
- The order is incomplete or missing products.
Non-Eligible Returns: Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered.
- The original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return request is generated more than 10 days after the delivery date.
- The reason for the return is not related to a manufacturing defect.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at cs@thebelife.co within 7 days of receiving the product. Your email should include:
- Order ID
- Name
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Attach images as proof (if applicable)
We will review your return request within 24 working hours. If the product is found to be beyond use or damaged upon inspection, we may request that you discard it, and we will provide a replacement accordingly.
Refunds for Returns: Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
- The shipping address provided during the order was incorrect.
- Part of the product has been consumed, and you decided to return it.
- The return does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product ordered is out of stock.
- The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
- The returned product complies with our return policy and is in good condition.
- You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.
3. Return Pickup and Self-Shipping
Return Pickup:
- Once we receive your return request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. A service representative will visit you for the pickup within 1 to 2 days.
- If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.
Refund Amount Timelines:
- For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
