THIS ONE WORKS FOR SURE .IT RELAXES THE MIND IN ALMOST 30 MINS OR LESS. AND DEEP SLEEP INCREASES . MAY BE DUE TO 10 MG MAGNESIUM WHICH IS MORE IN QUANITY I GUESS. BUT OVERALL ITS A GOOD CLEAN PRODUCT. IF THERE IS SOME KIND OF MAJOR STRESS IN YOUR MIND THIS MIGHT NOT HELP YOU TO SLEEP FOR LONGER HOURS .

OK, so i faced a massive hair fall phase last year due to sudden weight loss. This triggered my follicles to grow weak, the bond to break and the worst was the thinning of the hair.
